As first time home buyers my husband and I needed someone like Roger to help us be successful in our home search. From the beginning he said he wouldn't show us any houses he wouldn't want his own children to live in and I believe he maintained that standard. He showed us over 50 properties before we had an offer accepted. Roger was quick to communicate, flexible, and helped us find resources that made buying in a difficult market bearable. We reached out to the Ackermans to help us get our house sold. We were on a pretty tight time line, and they were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions, gave us helpful advice, and were a great source of calm when we weren't seeing things move as quickly as we were expecting.
